The digital images contained on the Labor's Lense and SEIU Photo Library websites are owned and copyrighted as indicated therein. The owners of the images are offering non-exclusive access to the images for download and use in print, film, web, and other media free of charge provided that appropriate credit is given and the images are used for non-commercial, personal or SEIU-related purposes.

Notwithstanding the owners grant of non-exclusive right to download and use the images as described above, the owners retain full ownership rights, including copyright, to the images.
