We Need Jobs, Not Pink Slips

Recently, leading contender for the Republican nomination Mitt Romney spoke to corporate activists at the New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce and shared a telling factoid about himself, saying, "I like being able to fire people."

With all of the friends and neighbors we know who are out of work, you’d think anyone running for President of the United States would want to talk about hiring people and creating jobs--rather than crushing the dreams of hardworking families.
