RE: Jorge-Alonso Chehade; A88738410
Dear Mr. Clark,
My office has been contacted by my constituent, Mr. Jorge-Alonso Chehade, in regards to his voluntary deportation on September 25,2009.
I understand that Mr. Chehade was brought to the United States on a non-immigrant visa in 2001. Since that time, he has graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Mr. Chehade has been a productive member of society, processing a strong record of academic achievement and no criminal record. Due to Mr. Chehade's circumstance, he is respectfully requesting a minimum one-year deferral from his order of voluntary departure.
I ask that you please give due consideration to Mr. Chehade's request of a one-year deferral. Anything that you can do to help this constituent would be greatly appreciated.
Please contact Jennifer Berg in my Seattle office at 206-553-5545 with any questions you may have.
Sincerely,
Patty Murray
United States Senator
